Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions directly on your mobile phone to complete the check-in process.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by sending an email to info@weshake.it.

To check the cost of the apartment you are interested in, please click on the “Book Now” section, select the dates of interest and check the price.

No, pets are not allowed.

Payments are to be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Colletta Park Living includes various services: utilities, paddle and basketball courts, social area, green area, fitness area, laundry area, Amazon locker, EV charging for electric cars and bike parking. Upon request: parking space, weekly cleaning and change of bed and bath linens.

Yes, the apartments are equipped with bed linen, bath towels and courtesy kits. 

Yes, Colletta Park Living has a Laundry area available for all residents.

• If the reservation is canceled within 15 days before arrival, no penalties will be applied.
• If the reservation is canceled within 7 days before arrival, 50% of the due amount will be charged.
• In case of no cancellation or cancellation less than 7 days from the reservation, the entire amount will be charged.

The cleaning service is provided once a week for stays longer than 7 days.

No, smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. However, it is allowed on the external terrace of some apartments.

The distance from the city center to the Colletta Park Living complex is:
• 15 minutes by car, 25 minutes by public transportation, 10 minutes by bike, 40 minutes on foot.
From Filadelfia Living:
• 20 minutes by car, 35 minutes by public transportation, 20 minutes by bike, 1 hour on foot.

The reception is not present within the complex, but a remote assistance service is available for any needs or requests.
